Cannot suppress "Copy" dialog using Windows sendto

sendto link is
"C:\Program Files (x86)\WinSCP\WinSCP.exe" "send to winscp" /Upload
I am unable to suppress the interactive "Copy" dialog for each upload. Can't find an option to "Do not show again" or similar either in the dialog box or in "Transfer settings."
