Automatically Reconnecting session after client disconnects

My customer disconnects my session after a certain time period. How can I set up a listening folder taht will login to my SFTP client llocation and deliver files then be able to reset when the client kicks me out.

Could WinSCP only login to the destination SFTP site when it detects files in the folder??
