Well, I haven't locked the toolbar and accidently rearranged the icons 2 or three times. Is there an option or a trick to reset it?

You can remove HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Martin Prikryl\WinSCP 2\Configuration\Interface\Commander (or Explorer).

Remove all section like [Configuration\Interface\Commander\*] from the INI file.

I had forget admin password i am unable to login winscp.
