No directory listing with AUTH SSL

Hi Martin,
I get an error, if I try to connect with FTP SSL in passive mode with WinSCP. There are no problems with FileZilla. There is a difference between both logs.

WinSCP:

PWD
257 "/" is the current directory
Retrieving directory listing...
TYPE A
200 Type set to A
PASV
227 Entering Passive Mode (85,158,176,225,132,209).
LIST -a
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for file list
SSL connection established
425 Unable to build data connection: Operation not permitted
Could not retrieve directory listing
Retrieving directory listing...

FileZilla:

answer: 257 "/" is the current directory

Can you get the clue?
By the way: your WimSCP is a great piece of software.
