Error in Bandwidth Limiter

Using WinSCP 4.3.2 on WinXP in German Translation there is a bug in the dropdown menue of the bandwidth limiter: When I right-click a running upload there is the option to limit the bandwidth/speed.
In the German translation there is both, a German "unbegrenzt" and an English "unlimited". Clicking on "unlimited" leads to an error.

It happens when you have used English version in the past.
