system error , code 5

i saw a thread already with the same error but couldn't find the solution :(
as i am new to this thread couldn't find it :$

can you please help me ? :(
every time i try to drag and leave the file in my device from my computer i face this error , cant open the path from which i am dragging.

access is denied :$

You probably do not have permission to write to the folder.
