Accept Certificates automatically

Dear Forum :D
My Windows-PC with Winscp opens ftps via script to get every two minutes files. If the server (i get connected to) restarts, the certificate changes. I have to start the session and accept the new certificate. A Message box pops up with following information:
The server's certificate in not known. You habe no guarantee that the server is the computer you think it is. Server's certificate details follow ....... Continue connecting and store the certificate ?
Then i just have to accept it by clicking yes and everything is ok.
Is there a way to accept the certificate automatically ?

Thanks for your help

Steffen

Why the certificate changes? It does not make any sense.

I have no influence on the changes. The maximum lease time of the certificate is two years. If the certificate changes on a weekend nobody can accept it.
That's why i need an automatic acception of the certificates. The computer is in an intranet so that we have no security problem with hacks.

Thank you for your support

Than there's no need to use SSL at all.
