Access Denied after installation

After downloading WinSCP version 4.3.3. I am running WinSCP on Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 3.I have been unsuccessful Logging in, I get access denied after authenticating with pre entered password. I have attempted this in SFTP and FTP transfer protocol. I have never been able to log in. I have also checked my password and it is correct.See message below.

Are you able to login using any other client? Anyway, you shoul better seek a help from the server administrator.
