Private key does not exist or it does not contain private...

Hello,

We are running version 4.3.3 Build 1340 on Win Server 2003 and when one of our admins attempts to add the private key within the Login dialog she gets the following error:

"File [File Path] does not exist or it does not contain private key in known format.".

When I log into the machine I can add the key, connect and transfer files without issue. SO I know the key is correct... so what are we doing wrong?

The issue was with the user permissions on the folder... a local folder. Very strange, but in case anyone else needs to know.
