Network Error: Connection Refused
I was using WinSCP version 4.1.9 on a Windows Vista Business version. I was able to get to all of my sites. Then I exported the ini config and placed it on my new computer. It is a Windows 7 OS and the WinSCP is version 4.3.3
I placed the ini file into the same folder as the WinSCP start up application.
When I start the WinSCP application it starts up fine and has all of the sites from the older machine. When I go to select a site to connect it gives me a "Network Error: Connection Refused".
Anyone know the problem?
