Is this possible to upload files to OneDrive for Business or not?

Hi Martin,

Did you find any way to upload the files? Even I'm having the need to upload files to Onedrive for Business using WebDAV or SFTP protocol. I'm getting "403 forbidden" error while using WebDAV.
I have attached the log file as well

Please let me know if it's possible or not?

I cannot find the customer ID from

Re: Any Luck with OneDrive Business

@RikA: It seems that it is not possible to use OneDrive for Business with WinSCP.

Any Luck with OneDrive Business

I have used the article on how to connect to OneDrive personal via WebDAV and all works as described. Does anybody know the settings to use when connecting to OneDrive Business?

Re: Microsoft Graph API

@cherish: Sure, but also a lot more work and more code to maintain.

Microsoft Graph API

What about implementing Microsoft Graph API in order to access files stored in Onedrive?
It seems to be better way to access Onedrive files.

Were you able to resolve the issue with connecting to onedrive for business?

Re: Similar problem

@robbie_berns: So "similar" or "exactly the same"?
Are you also using OpenDrive for Business?

Similar problem

I find exactly the same, where I get a 404 error.

I attach URLs and error log, which doesn't help me.

Any suggestions gladly received.

Sorry, I do not know how to help you further.

Yes, I tried this but I have no rights to get CID. My admin doesn't know the CID and he cannot help me. I'll keep trying to get the CID and connect to Office365 OneDrive from WinSCP again.

Thanks for foregoing support.

Thanks for reply.
There is log attached. If more information is needed - give me a sign :)

Re: Connecting to Office365 OneDrive for Business

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Connecting to Office365 OneDrive for Business

I cannot connect to OneDrive for Business using WebDAV. I tried method described there: without success.
What I know:
1. path to my documents on OneDrive is
2. my user name and password to login to this site :)
3. my client-id like 0000000-03-0fd1-0000123000000

I have logged in when I gave server path instead of, but after that I cannot do anything – there is no way to change directory to my documents on OneDrive (error 405 Method Not Allowed).

Any help / tips are very welcome :)
