Can't drag a remote file to local

I cannot repeat this consistently, but when I attempt to drag a file from the remote pane while I'm in split view sometimes it takes 3 or 4 times to click on the file for the copy feature to be activated and I can copy it to the local pane via mouse drag.

it took me 3 times to be able to drag to the local pane the selected file.
Tried using screen capture but dragging worked every time I tried to record, that maybe gives you a hint.
