Topic "WinSCP 3.5 Access violation error"

Author Message

I was using WinSCP to MOVE files from my pc to my webserver. WinSCP is using SFTP (v3) and aes encryption to tranfer the files. When it got done transfering a directory of files and tried to delete the empty directory off of my pc I got this error:

Access violation at address 0055BCF1 in module "winscp350.exe'. Read of address FF00000C.

I've done this tpye of file transfer in the past with older versions of WinSCP and it works fine.

Love the program keep up the great work!

I believe that this is related to another bug reports for 3.5 (see below). And as such it will be fixed in the next release.
- Problem with 3.5 version
- V3.5 under w2k and wxp can't change to /cygdrive - access failure
- Assertion failed: xdrPtr && xdrPtr == *xdrLPP, file xx.cpp, line 2233
