5.0.8(2438) WinSCP should use GMT time instead of localtime
Server Filezilla 0.9.4.1 (win 7)
Server seems delivering file time as GMT absolute (can be seen using Filezilla Client)
while WINSCP get file time as GMT+ TZ ajusted. (can be seen in Dual pan display)
This forbid use of synchronize and keepupdated on filezilla (and probably other servers)
Rather a fundamental defect! (or lack of ease to find options to compensate, I didn't find any nor docs)
Proof:
If client workstation is set at UTC (GMT+0):
Then it work (do not transfert too many files)
very frustrating.
We will have to write our own FTP client rather than using WinSCP
