displaying both home and host files on version 5.1.2

Hi,
On version 4.3.2, my old laptop, Windows Vista,
the home and host files are displayed side-by-side. I can drag files back and forth with ease.

On version 5.1.2, new computer, Windows 8, only the remote files are displayed.

How do I split the display and show both sets of files like in version 4.3.2?

Nothing has changed on WinSCP-side. You have probably selected different=Explorer interface, when installing.
Switch to the Commander interface:
