Just wondering if my math is correct here?

AverageMBps = (((info.Length / stopwatch.Elapsed.TotalSeconds) / 1024) / 1024);

Where info.length is the file size in bytes

Yes, if you calculate this post-transfer.

During transfer, you can take advantage of Session.FileTransferProgress:
