Unable to see a directory

On my site, I blocked access to a directory for "others" in other words, I set the access code to 750. I am the owner of the site and logged on with the username and password of the owner, so there should be no restriction of any kind to access that folder.

However, the folder is not listed anymore in the parent folder, I can access the folder bij typing its path, but I need it visible in the parent folder, otherwise I can't change its credentials.

Other clients, don't have this problem.

Please attach a full log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP). A log file from the "other clients" would be useful too. Make sure you mention a name of the folder to look for.

I logged on using WinSCP: See picture winscp.jpg where directory 2007 is not listed.
I logged on using Windows explorer: See picture Windows.jpg correctly showing 2007.

No, i did not. IMHO the directory was not "inaccessible" because I could go to it directly and being the owner I simply should see it.
