Annoying blank toolbar

Hi, I'm using WinSCP 5.7 / 5125 on Win 8.1 Pro x64

I prefer compact toolbar (as you can see on the screenshot)
However, often a blank space appears, like a second empty toolbar line.
When I click on a new tab, this blank toolbar disappears, and some time after it re-appears again.

This is VERY ANNOYING. Can this bug be corrected?

when I minimize/bring back again the window
