Host Name / Destination

I'm new to all this. I'm trying to post to a sourceforge project web page.

I'm thinking that the destination path (username@shell.sourceforge.net:/home/groups/p/pr/projectname/htdocs) would be the host name.

If this is the case? If so it exceeds the number of characters that WinSCP allows.

I have no idea what are you trying to do.

WinSCP it GUI application, so first, login using your account to shell.sourceforge.net and then navigate to the the destination directory and upload the files there.
