Can logging in through the GUI fine but not through a command line?

Tried searching through the forum but couldn't find my problem.

Basically I can manually log in to winscp with some credentials but as soon as I try the following from a command line I get an error:

winscp.exe username:***@ftp.mysite.com

The error is 'Access Denied'
