Sending of null ssh packets - Global setting

Hello,
I would like ask you if exists any way how to set "Sending of null ssh packets" for global usage not only for saved or new connection via advanced settings.
This solution works but it must be set everytime for new connection: https://winscp.net/eng/docs/ui_login_connection
