Is there a way to specify LRECL, RECFM etc via WINSCP when using FTPS?

I'm looking for a way to change the transfers settings when using FTPS with WINSCP to a MVS system. Normally this is done via a QUOTE command specifying the parms required.
Is this supported in WINSCP?
