Files in SFTP Session Are All 12/30/1899

I am using WinSCP version 5.15.3 Compilation 9730 for SFTP session with a Nokia BSC3i for Backup Files operations, using manual transfers everything is ok, but, we need to automate this process using PowerShell with WinSCP Automation Kit or WinSCP Scripting, as part of process we need to backup before day files, unfortunelly I cannot determine filestamp because all files shows with this date: 30/12/1899, I am testing with another host like Linux Ubuntu Server 18.04 and the date is Ok.

Can you see the correct timestamps using any other client or any other method?
