I am trying to connect ftp (tls explicit).
But below error appears.
Can someone help?

Why do you have the FTP passive mode turned off? Did you try it with the defaults (the passive mode turned on)?

As have been informed the ftp uses active mode.
In any case i have tried active and passive mode but i have the same issue.

Can you post a log file for the passive mode?
Can you retrieve the directory listing using any other FTP client?
