Transfer

I just signed up and donated today.
What I am going to ask for is help.
There is nothing wrong with your product but I thought that maybe you might have a suggestion for me.

When I make a transfer to my web site, it shows up fine on my wifes computer
But is does not work on my computer.
Do you have any idea why?

Do you mean that the uploaded files do not show up in your web browser?
