create a login sftp with a key file and no password

How do I create a login with just a host name, user name and key file. No password.
Yes, I searched and searched and poked around all the menu's and options - and just don't see how to do this.
Help appreciated

You do not create users in WinSCP. You create users on your server. This is not WinSCP question.

I guess I did not explain my question very well. The server already exists. I know the host name, user name and I have a key file and their is no password. I wish to use WinSCP to connect to that server.

I know how to connect to servers with a host, user name and password using WinSCP, but this new server has no password - the admin sent me a file.

In filezilla I can make a new login, add a host name, user name and the a key file OR a password and I can connect ok.

I want to use WinSCP, but when I make a new login in WinSCP - I see a place for hostname, username and password. I do not see a place for a key file instead of a password.

I hope that explains my question better - thanks for the help.

(I also imported the filezilla logins into WinSCP and the accounts that use a password all wor, the accounts that require a key file do not work. I do not know where to put the key file that I have into the proper WinSCP login in the session manager)
