WinSCP saves updates files, but doesn't reflect on internet

When I use the WinSCP editor to edit some code, either HTML or CSS, and save it, the file will save but then when I refresh my webpage, the page is using the older version of my code.

I noticed when renaming the file it solves this issue bit I shouldn't have to do that.
