Had free version, bought paid through Windows Store, now have two versions...

Decided to pass developer some money and also be able to do updates right in software.
Bought version from the Windows Store and installed. I now have two entries in the start menu. Running one of them and updates send me to website, other seems to allow auto update.
Why do I have two entries on the start menu?
Why when I try to uninstall old one (guessing old one), does it want to remove WinSCP completely from my system?
Very confusing.

Strange things indeed.
Did a search before asking, guess did not use correct terms. Or, perhaps my poor vision hindered the outcome.
Dislike have the two icons an having to remember to choose the correct one.
