Could not get directory listing Error trying to browse directory

Hi
Install WinSCP on a PC with Windos 10
1- Configure the Firewall to allow WinSCP applications to pass through the Firewall.

2- Also add a new inbound rule for port 21 for TCP protocol.

3- Also add an exclusion for the WinSCP application in Virus & Threat protection.

But when trying to connect to the server by FTP I get this error:

Disconnected from server
Could not get directory listing
Error trying to browse directory

The solution I found was to turn off the Private Network Firewall and the Public Network Firewall is on.

How can I solve this Error when trying to browse the directory without having to turn off the Private Network firewall ???

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

WinSCP does not even get a response to the PASV command. This does not look like a local machine problem. It's either server-side problem or a network problem. Can you transfer the files to/from the machine using any other FTP client or to/from any other machine or even any other network?
