WinSCP window disappears in the middle of large file downloading

Hi,
I tried to download a large folder from server to local drive using WinSCP 5.17, total size is approximately 950G.
I let it run overnight, because it needs to connect to an Ethernet cable in the office, and when I check it in the morning, the window is gone already (the PC wasn't down, just locked), and the drive shows last modified was at midnight, and only 450G out of total was downloaded.
I tried a second time, same thing happened, this time only downloaded 380G.
Pretty sure it's not network issue because it keeps plugged in with the Ethernet.

Can anyone help with this issue?

Re: WinSCP window disappears in the middle of large file downloading

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.
