WinSCP Crashing after trying to load directory

I am able to access the /<root> folder, however whenever I try to access any of the folders underneath this root folder, WinSCP will go into "Not Responding" mode, and crashes after several minutes. I am able to load these files using a different program (CyberDuck), so that tells me it's an issue with WinSCP and not with the folder structure.

I have tried several attempts to remediate this issue. I have restarted my computer, I have tried to log in to WinSCP without saved credentials, I have tried to install the latest version of WinSCP, and I have also tried to uninstall WinSCP and reinstall it with the same issue.

Re: WinSCP Crashing after trying to load directory

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Re: WinSCP Crashing after trying to load directory

I have attached the log file privately. I think I did this correctly. Please let me know if I need to get the log file a different way.

Thank you!

Re: WinSCP Crashing after trying to load directory

Thanks. I have sent you an email with a debug version of WinSCP to the address you have used to register on this forum.
