Host "root" does not exist while doing automation backup using WinSCP

This is my script to do automation:
option batch abort
option confirm off
open %1% -hostkey="%2%"
synchronize local %3% "%4%"
exit
This is my code to copy the backup from source to destination:
rem S01
winscp.com /ini=nul /script=SyncToLocalScript.txt /parameter sftp://root:xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xx "ssh-ed25519 255 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx=" "D:\Backup\S01VM" //backup/
And this is my error code:
Host "root" does not exist.
The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.
I really need a good automation master to guide me on this.
ps: I checked many times on the credential the server protocol information and there is no error on credential and SPI. I even can log in manually by WinSCP but when it comes to this automation script, the error came out. Plus, there is no error on my other backup from another server(same script)

Please help me.

Re: Host "root" does not exist while doing automation backup using winSCP

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, use /log=C:\path\to\winscp.log command-line argument. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

The error has been shown as above. and the rest full session log is the credentials and attempts to log.

That's not a log. That a console output. My post above details how to collect the logs.
