How to disable reconnect session when loading in

Hi so every time I log into WinSCP I don't get the login console anymore I only get reconnect session which goes to my previous workspace I can still go to a new workspace but I would rather choose what I want to work on from when I log in. So how do I disable this feature and get the login console back?

You have probably turned off Show Login dialog on startup and when the last session is closed:
