Issue 2217 – Make it harder to mis-click "never show this again" checkboxes

Many users complain that they cannot connect, because they have probably by mistake disable an automatic popup of the Login dialog. And now that new session is opened with vague "New Tab" command (Issue 1893), they cannot find a way to connect at all.
