Problem with FTP synchronization

Good day! Next problem. During the initial synchronization of a computer with an FTP server, files on the server are created with an offset of minus 7 hours. In the local network, the time is displayed correctly.

Now, when synchronizing in the direction of the server, the program offers to synchronize files created in the interval from 00:00 to 7:00. When synchronizing in the opposite direction, there is no such problem.

Time settings on FTP server: Greenwich.
Local time plus seven.
Time zone offset (advanced site settings): +7

Tried other options with offset (7, 0, -7, automatic). Or I changed the time on the FTP server by plus 7. Nothing helps. All the same, in the direction of the server, files are re-offered for synchronization.

Version of WINSCP: 5.9.13

Re: Problem with FTP synchronization

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.
