Unable to connect to [1] Server. Always worked before, Other servers work | host is not communicatin

I've googled, And googled, And googled for the past 7 hours.

I've restarted my server multiple times, Same result
I've checked the status of my server, No issues.
I can remote to my server via Putty without issues.

Always worked for the past year to remote into the server, Then now suddently it just fails over and over and over and I can't seem to be able to resolve it at all and I am going insane.

I think I've tried everything possible in WinSCP forum and FileZilla forum.

Different connection methods, Public key, Password, Root, Username,

Optimize packages, Larger timeout (Up to 10 minutes).

Remoting via PuTTY goes on .01 millisecond.

But I love the interface of being able to move around on the server more easily.

I have not changed anything on the server at all,
It was working just fine, Then the next day, Can't connect.

I wonder if anyone can assist me with this issue?

Do I understand right that you can login with an SSH terminal client (like PuTTY), but you cannot login with any SFTP client (like WinSCP and FileZilla)?

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.
