Unable to recover saved login profiles

Hi,

I'm using WinSCP version 5.17.7 on Windows 10 Pro.
The problem started when I installed a new SSD drive in my laptop as my laptop was becoming very slow. So after installing a new SSD and installing the OS on the SSD, now the SSD is the main C drive and the previous hard drive is now D drive.
Now I tried to open WinSCP from D:\Users\Lenovo\AppData\Local\Programs\WinSCP folder. WinSCP opens successfully, but the saved login profiles I used to use are no longer visible.
What to do? Pls help.
