Problem loggin in

For some reason, WinSCP can not connect to an IP address. It used to work before. The IP address and the domain is up and running. What could be the probelm when it can not find the host? When I click on login, It says searching for host and I checked several times and I can get at the host with IP and domain name without any problem. Again, I used to be able to get in last week. Please advice.
