WinSCP.exe can write files to the Remote, but WinSCP.com scripts have an error

WinSCP.exe copies a local file to the remote, WinSCP.com script gets

Error code: 3 Permission denied
(EScpSkipFile) cannot create remote file

Please, first read Why I cannot connect/transfer using script, when I can using GUI (or vice versa)?

If that does not help, please post session log file both from the GUI and the script.

The website host had his configured wrong!
