Drag&Drop to windows desktop only works on 2nd try with default settings

Latest Version 6.0.1 beta with default settings / Windows 11
When I try to drag&drop a file to the windows desktop a message pops up saying "WinSCP was not able to detect a folder, where the dragged file(s) was dropped ...."
I click the message away with "OK" and retry drag&drop the file to the windows desktop again and it then works.
In my opinion this should work on first try with default settings as it used to with some previous 5 version.

Thanks for WinSCP!

If you downgrade to WinSCP 5.21.7, does it start working on the first try again?

Thanks. Can you send me an email, so I can send you back a debug version of WinSCP to track the problem? Please include a link back to this topic in your email. Also note in this topic that you have sent the email. Thanks.

Hi Martin,

the issue does not appear anymore with the debug version.

I tested also:
WinSCP-6.0.beta-Portable.zip doesnt work
WinSCP-6.0.1.beta-Portable.zip doesnt work

WinSCP-6.0.2.RC-Portable.zip works
WinSCP-20230420d_dev_6.0.3_dcc411827-Portable.zip works

I assume you fixed it?

Thank you!
Dieter
