When I updated the HP document with WinSCP, it is not reflected in HP

When I updated the materials on the homepage with WinSCP, it will not be reflected on the homepage and will be reflected the next day or later.
In some cases, the material itself reverts to the old material.
In the past, this was reflected without any problems, but since the beginning of January, such a phenomenon has appeared.
Are there any other examples of such a phenomenon in WinSCP? Also, is there a solution?
