Add "Use file checksum" to Transfer Settings Dialog

Hi,
I do not see a "Use file checksum" option in "Transfer Settings Dialog" window. It seems in principle WinSCP supports it, at least using some scripts: https://winscp.net/eng/docs/library_example_verify_file_checksum

Please add it to the GUI.

Please make sure the option is greyed out if the protocol does not support it. Seems only SFTP supports it if the remote server actually has enabled those plugins. Please when transferring the files show clear warnings that the remote server does not support the checksumming anyway so that the user can adjust the behavior of the application" reverting to respecting "source filesize" or "source file is newer". What should the "Use file checksum" option in "Transfer Settings Dialog" do?
Do you want to transfer only files that have different checksums?
