No such file or directory. Error code:2 Error message from server: No such file

Hi!

We have access to a server via SFTP using port 22, a server from EDITRADE, where basically we just upload PDF files, everything is working fine when we upload files to the parent path Usr\dtyfrecy but we have the task now to organize some files so we created some folders, and when we access to the folders, we receive the error below, and same error if we try to go back to the parent folder, so we get stuck in that folder.
Error changing directory to '..'.
---------------------------
No such file or directory.
Error code: 2
Error message from server: No such file
If I close the connection, and try to connect again, my session start on the last folder and cant go up to parent folder. So I have to delete the site, and create it again to get access again to parent folder.

I tried using FileZilla, and I'm able to navigate, edit all the folders with no custom configuration, just using the exact same information I have on WinSCP. Can you help me with this, I would like to continue using WinSCP.

Thanks in advance.

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem – login, enter a subfolder, try to leave the subfolder.

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

It looks like a bug in the server. It seems to really claim that the folder does not exist.
Please post log file on Debug 2 log level for further verification.
