Remote side unexpectedly closed network connection

issue started with already v 6.3.6 (portable) and after update it is still the same problem.
i'm trying to point this to the clients side as when trying from windows terminal the connection is closed by remote site.
from some historical posts i see that this topic re-occur.
any suggestions where should we try to find the cause of this? waiting for reply from client's side
