error on local file 65001 (UTF-8)

I'm new on WinSCP,
I'use the last version of winSCP on a Windows 11.
I try to send a ms-acces database (xxx.accdb) and I receive this error "there is an error uploading xxx.accdb using 65001 (UTF.8).
I try to disable in the advance configuration "using UF8" but I get the same error
