Vers. 3.8.2 Does not have a local dir window

Our earlier versions on winscp have a split pane display. The left side shows the local dirs. When we load the 3.8.2 version we don't get this. In fact we cannot find any options to allow us to do this.

How do we get this back...Or has this option been dropped?
