Local file changing refreshes the entire list
If I'm doing something such as downloading a file to my desktop while using winscp to copy files from it, the pane showing my desktop will refresh about every 500ms and flicker, as well as resetting my position in the scrollbar. It seems as though the app is refreshing the entire list instead of merely updating the content which is a pretty major issue in my eyes. It makes the app virtually unusable in a folder where the file sizes / names are changing.
