Transport "saved Sessions" and "saved Bookmarks"

Version of WinSCP: 4.0.5 (Build 354).
Transfer protocol: SFTP.
Interface style: Norton commander.

I need to transport all the formulations (sessions and bookmarks path) from a computer to another.
