Iphone login error

I am trying to connect an iphone v1.0.2 firmware 3.14.08_G using WinSCP v4.0.6 build 385 and session setting i found here https://winscp.net/eng/docs/faq_iphone and https://limitededitioniphone.com/windows-guide-to-using-winscp-with-iphone/ here.
The error message i receive is Network error: Connection refused.
Please help.

I know that you need to install OpenSSH and BSD subsystems to connect. But you need to dig the details yourself.
