Operation - copy few subfolders from remote server (using FTP protocol)

Bug - while copying error message appear
"Internal error fz#disconnect (0080)"

From logfile (debug2)

So i press reconect... SCP do reconect and don't resume download.

After trying to close WinScp i saw message box with
"Assertion failed: xdrPtr && xdrPtr == *xdrLPP, file xx.cpp line 2233.

Thanks for your post. This issue has been added to tracker.
Workaround is to downgrade to 4.0.7 (if that does not help, please let me know) or to disable keepalives.

I am having problem keeping my ssh sesion alive in my script, as my windows server 2003 (with cygwin) is taking more than 15 sec to responce. and the session closed by that time
